Welcome to Psychic Sjon. By accessing this website, booking a session, or engaging in any services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing services, you confirm that you:

  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Nature of Services

All services are provided in good faith; however:

Results and experiences will vary based on each individual, including the complexity, circumstances, and nature of the situation presented. No specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

Psychic Sjon reserves the right to decline or discontinue any session or request that falls outside the scope of practice, ethical standards, or personal assessment of appropriateness.

Where applicable, services such as energy work or entity clearing are conducted with the client’s awareness and consent. These services are intended for personal and spiritual purposes only and are not represented as medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

4. No Guarantees & Interpretation Disclaimer

Psychic Sjon makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy of readings
  • Future outcomes or predictions
  • Personal, financial, relationship, or life results

Clients acknowledge that all information provided during a session is subject to personal interpretation and may not be objectively verifiable.

No statements, insights, or impressions should be relied upon as factual, absolute, or predictive of future outcomes.

5. Emotional & Psychological Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that sessions may involve emotional or personal topics.

By engaging in services, you agree that:

  • You are in a stable mental and emotional state to participate
  • You understand that services are not therapy or mental health treatment
  • Psychic Sjon is not responsible for emotional reactions, interpretations, or decisions following a session

If you are experiencing emotional distress or mental health concerns, you are strongly encouraged to seek a licensed professional.

6. Scope of Services

Services are limited to intuitive, spiritual, and personal insight.

Psychic Sjon does not provide:

  • Medical diagnoses or treatment
  • Legal determinations
  • Financial or investment advice
  • Crisis or emergency intervention

Any questions or requests outside this scope may be declined.

7. No Dependency

Clients agree not to become dependent on services for decision-making or personal direction.

Services are intended to support personal insight, not replace individual judgment, responsibility, or autonomy.

8. Confidentiality

All client communications and session content are treated as confidential, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

However, confidentiality does not apply where:

  • Disclosure is required by law
  • There is a threat of harm to self or others
  • Information is shared voluntarily by the client in public forums

9. Booking, Scheduling & Rescheduling

Booking

All sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule with reasonable notice prior to the scheduled session. Approval is subject to availability.

10. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • No-shows will result in full forfeiture of the session with no refund or reschedule
  • Late arrivals will not extend the session time
  • Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late arrival

11. Payments & Refund Policy

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

All sales are final.

  • No refunds for completed sessions
  • No refunds for missed appointments
  • No refunds based on dissatisfaction or perceived accuracy

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion but are not guaranteed.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services, you agree:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks without first attempting resolution
  • To contact us directly to resolve any issue

In the event of a chargeback:

  • We reserve the right to dispute the claim with supporting documentation
  • You agree to be responsible for all associated fees and recovery costs
  • We reserve the right to refuse future services

13. Technology & Remote Services

Services are provided remotely and may rely on third-party platforms.

Psychic Sjon is not responsible for:

  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Platform outages or disruptions
  • Client device or access issues

Clients are responsible for ensuring proper access and connection at the time of service.

14. Force Majeure

Psychic Sjon shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Internet or technology failures
  • Power outages
  • Illness or emergencies
  • Acts of nature or unforeseen events

In such cases, sessions may be rescheduled.

15. Respectful Conduct

Clients agree to maintain respectful and appropriate communication.

Psychic Sjon reserves the right to terminate any session without refund if a client engages in:

  • Harassment
  • Abusive or threatening behavior
  • Inappropriate or manipulative conduct

16. Testimonials & Public Reviews

Public reviews (such as those posted on Google or social platforms) may be used for marketing purposes.

Private feedback will only be used with explicit permission.

17. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, branding, images, and materials, is the property of Psychic Sjon and may not be copied or used without written permission.

18. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use services for unlawful purposes
  • Provide false information
  • Attempt to misuse or exploit services

Violation may result in termination of services without refund.

19. Right to Refuse Service

Psychic Sjon reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time for any reason deemed appropriate.

20. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in:

Jackson County, Missouri
